1. SMS Program Description

Bright Side Markets LLC operates an operational SMS program for auction equipment pickup and drop-off coordination, vendor communications, and staff operational messaging. Messages are sent from our registered business phone number (586-400-2183) and relate exclusively to active equipment transactions and business operations.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on transactional needs. Customers and vendors actively involved in an equipment transaction typically receive 1–5 messages per week. Staff members may receive additional operational messages as needed. Messages are not sent outside of active business transactions.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Standard carrier messaging rates apply based on your mobile plan.

4. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will be removed from our SMS list immediately and will receive no further messages.Reply HELP for help. You will receive contact information for our support team.

5. Consent and Eligibility

Recipients are added to our SMS list only after providing express written consent at the time of equipment purchase, vendor onboarding, or staff onboarding. At each of these points, the individual is presented with a written acknowledgement describing the SMS program, message frequency expectations, message and data rates disclosure, and opt-out instructions. Phone numbers are added only after the individual provides their phone number and signs the acknowledgement.
