Phone numbers collected by Bright Side Markets are used solely for transactional and operational SMS communications, including coordination of equipment pickup and drop-off, vendor communications, and operational updates to staff. Phone numbers are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing or other purposes.

SMS Data Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out will remove the phone number from our SMS list immediately. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Data Retention

Personal information, including phone numbers and message metadata, is retained for as long as the business relationship is active. Following the conclusion of a business relationship, records are retained for a period of seven (7) years to satisfy tax, contractual, and audit obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
